LIVING ROOM EXTENSION TO A TRADITIONAL STONE COTTAGE

LIVING ROOM EXTENSION TO A TRADITIONAL STONE COTTAGE

Our clients wanted an extension built onto their home to make space for a large living area. To achieve this, a timber frame kit was built and erected on site, while a team of joiners and builders completed the foundations, blockwork and roof structure. Part of a stone wall was demolished to create a doorway connecting the original dwelling to the new extension. The exterior was finished with a wet harl and painted white to match the original property. Traditional cast iron guttering and reclaimed Welsh roof slates added a decorative finishing touch.
